Shipping & Delivery
Every parcel is hand-packed at our Patiala atelier and dispatched pan-India with insured, tracked delivery.
Shipments are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable GST regulations. A GST-compliant invoice is enclosed with every order.
Order Cutoff
All orders placed before 2 pm IST, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day from our Patiala atelier. Orders placed after 2 pm IST, or on Sundays and public holidays observed in Punjab, are dispatched the next working day.
Punjab — Local Delivery
Patiala city: next business day for orders placed before 2 pm IST (often same-evening hand-delivery within Dilawarpur and surrounding areas).
Rest of Punjab (Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Mohali, Chandigarh, Bathinda and other Tier-2/3 towns): 1–2 business days via express courier.
Domestic (Rest of India)
Complimentary standard delivery across India on all prepaid orders:
• Delhi NCR & North India (HR, HP, UK, J&K, RJ, UP): 2–3 business days
• Metros (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–6 business days
• North-East, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep and remote pincodes: 6–9 business days
Express delivery — ₹250, 1–3 business days to metros and Tier-1 cities for orders placed before 2 pm IST.
Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pincodes; a nominal handling fee of ₹100 applies and adds one additional business day for verification.
International
We ship worldwide via express carrier from Patiala, Punjab. Applicable customs duties and taxes at the destination are borne by the recipient. Transit times: 6–12 business days depending on destination.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays in Punjab). You will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping notification with the AWB tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are indicative. We shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, regional restrictions or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
